Keep in mind that the PayPal refund option is only available within the first 60 days after your deposit.

After 60 days, refunds can only be made by clicking on the "Send Money" tab of PayPal and will be subject to a refund commission.

How do I deposit using a credit card?

When you click the "Deposit" button in Jauce, Jauce's system will redirect you to the PayPal website.

If you don't have a PayPal account or don't want to create one for any reason, PayPal offers a "Pay with a credit or debit card" option that you can use to pay as a guest.

How do I deposit money into my account?

When you click "Deposit" in the member area, Jauce's system will redirect you to PayPal where you can make a secure payment. PayPal supports e-commerce worldwide, so you don't have to worry about currency conversion or exchange regulations when making transactions.

Jauce strongly recommends that you deposit your maximum bid amount immediately to avoid having to deposit funds at the last minute of the auction. However, you can add your deposit at any time by clicking on the "Deposit" link in the member area.

How does Extended Time work?

In Yahoo Japan auctions, if there are new bids within the last 5 minutes, the auction will be extended for an additional 5 minutes.

The extension will be repeated until there are no bids in the final 5 minutes.

Can I bid to snipe a bid?

You can set up a sniper bid on Jauce when you enter your bid. JAUCE will process this order for you near the end of the auction.

In most auctions, the seller will choose to set a five-minute extension if someone submits a bid in the last five minutes, so all sniper bids are sent before this time, aiming to avoid the extension.

please remember:

• If you set up a sniper bid, you cannot place a regular bid at the same time.

• As with regular bidding, if the current price is higher than your sniping bid, your sniping setting will be cancelled. In this case, if you want to continue bidding, you should enter another bid.

• You can cancel your Sniper bid at any time before the last six minutes.

Do I need to pay storage fees?

Your items will be stored in the Jauce warehouse as long as you continue to auction.

Storage is free for up to 60 days, but you will need to pay a monthly storage fee if you exceed this period.

Storage fees depend on the size and value of the item. Roughly speaking, a music CD costs about 200 yen/month and a guitar costs about 700 yen/month.
