Sign up to become a Buyandship member

1. Register and fill in personal information

• Sign up using your Gmail / Facebook account or Apple ID (app only)

• Fill in your basic personal information during the registration process

• Once you register, you will be assigned a unique member ID which will be used to identify your package during shipping.

Precautions

• Please note that your email address will be considered the primary identification for your membership. Once you register your email address, you cannot change it yourself.

• Since we will notify you of the status of your package via email, we strongly recommend that you register using the email account you use most often. If you register using your Facebook account, please remember to check the email associated with Facebook.

Fill in the delivery address

• Our overseas warehouse address will be used as your delivery address; - Your name and member ID will be used as the recipient.

• Before shopping online, please review the prohibited items list.

• You can use Buyandship overseas warehouse address or your credit card address as the billing address.

• When you purchase goods through an English shopping website, it is recommended that you keep the recipient's name in English.

Declare your package and select the shipping type

1. Declare your package and select the shipping type

• If you choose single shipping, your package will be sent directly to the redemption center of your choice. The shipping cost will be deducted from your account by the corresponding Buyandship points.

• If you choose combined shipping, you will receive an email notification when your package arrives at our Hong Kong warehouse.

• If you prefer local delivery service, please fill in your local delivery address in "My Address".

• Once you receive your parcel delivery invoice, go to Member Center > Prepare to Combine Packages for Declaration.

• You'll get all the information you need to file your claim, such as the shipping carrier and the tracking number for your package, in an email from the retailer.

• When your package arrives at our overseas warehouse, we will check it in within 2 working days. If not, please contact us.

• Declare your package

• Select the type of shipment (single or combined)

Precautions

• Any declaration completed after the package arrives at our overseas warehouse may delay shipping time.

• Any parcel that is not declared or has misleading information in the declaration will affect its arrival time at our Hong Kong warehouse. Any false statement in the declaration may affect your claim for compensation for the parcel.

• Single delivery is only available for Buyandship redemption center or local pickup. Shipping cost will be automatically deducted from Buyandship points. Payment can be settled by Buyandship points and cash on delivery.

• Combined shipping is available for all pickup methods, including local delivery. Accept online credit card or Buyandship points payment.

Combine your packages and pay the fee

1. Combine your packages and pay the fee

• For combined shipping (including Buyforyou requests), please combine your packages in My Shipping > Ready to Combine after receiving the email notification.

• Select the packages you want to combine, choose your shipping method and enter the number of points you will use on this shipment.

• Now you just have to wait to receive your package. You can check your shipping status in "My Orders".

Precautions

• If you have any questions about the billable weight when your package arrives at our Hong Kong warehouse, please contact us and request a weight check on your shipment before paying for the shipping fee.

• For combined shipping, parcels can be stored in our Hong Kong warehouse for free for 21 days, after which overdue storage fees will be charged. Please refer to the shipping price list for details.

Waiting for your package to arrive

1. Pick up your goods

• Single Shipments: Once you receive the package pickup email notification, go to your selected pickup location.

• Combined Shipping (including Buyforyou requests): Once you receive the package pickup email/SMS notification, go to your selected pickup location.

• If you choose local delivery service, our delivery partner will send SMS notification of the delivery time. - Your delivery will be delivered within 1-3 days to your selected redemption center / smart locker and third party pick-up point within 2-4 days / local delivery within 2-3 days.

Precautions

• Delivery time may be delayed if there is customs inspection. Please be patient.

• For your convenience, parcels can be stored free of charge at the Buyandship exchange center for a period of time. After that, overdue storage fees will be charged. Details

Remark:

• The above timetable is based on Hong Kong Time (HKT).

• Shipping charges are based on the total combined package weight.

• Packages from overseas warehouses will be checked out as soon as possible.

• When the delivery status of the package changes to "Checked Out", it means the package has been arranged to be delivered to the Hong Kong warehouse.

• The warehouse is closed on weekends and public holidays. If the package cannot be sent within the above time, the courier will arrange to send it on the next working day.

• International public holidays may delay delivery.

• South Korea, China, and Taiwan: 2-4 days

• Japan: 4-6 days

Single Ticket Transport

Single shipment means that all shipments arriving on the same day are processed as a single shipping order. The shipping fee is calculated based on the total chargeable weight of the package when it arrives in Hong Kong.

Specific rules for single-ticket transportation:

• Minimum weight is 0.2 lbs.

• Weights between 0.2 lb and 1 lb, rounded up to 1 lb.

• Weights over 1 pound are rounded up to the nearest pound.

• For example, a 1.3 lb item would have a billable weight of 2 lbs.

Bulk transport

Bulk shipping means combining multiple packages into one order for shipping. Packages can be stored in the Hong Kong warehouse for 21 days for users to consolidate by themselves. A maximum of 15 packages can be consolidated per order. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total billable weight of the bulk goods.

Specific rules for bulk transportation:

• Minimum weight is 0.1 lb.

• Weights between 0.1 lb and 0.9 lb, rounded up to the nearest 0.1 lb.

• Weights over 0.9 pounds are rounded up to the nearest pound.

• For example, a 1.3 lb item would have a billable weight of 1.4 lbs.

• If packages from different warehouses are combined, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the highest price.

Once payment is complete, our Buyforyou team will proceed with your request and purchase the requested item as soon as possible. You will receive an email notification once the item has been purchased. Purchased (PURCHASED)

How is the cost of a product calculated in BuyandShip?

Buyandship offers a transparent fee structure with no hidden fees. We list the required fees for all services so you know exactly what the total cost will be before you pay.

In most cases, you will need to pay the product price and a service fee (6% handling fee) to get your item. You can also refer to the following list:

• The default fee is 0. If this fee is required, it will be updated. (This fee refers to the shipping fee required by the seller to ship the product to our overseas warehouse, which means that international shipping from overseas to Hong Kong is not included. The delivery fee of Buyandship will be charged separately.)

• Depending on the actual circumstances of your request, additional fees may be charged. We will list the fees charged in the "Fee Details" of your request for you to check and confirm the fees charged before payment.

Please note that shipping costs from overseas to your country will be charged separately, which means you need to pay for the overseas shipping costs of the goods after your goods order arrives at our local warehouse.

This international shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the item and includes the cost of shipping from our warehouse to your specified address. For shipping cost details, please refer to "Shipping Prices".

What does Buyandship's service fee include?

The service fee covers the cost of purchasing the item on your behalf and clearing customs for the required items, and varies by warehouse. We charge 6% of the item price per order as a service fee, depending on the actual situation. If an item sells for $100, the total fee would be $106, including the $6 service fee.
