Yes, Shopogolic can arrange for you to return your order to the seller if the item is in the warehouse and the return period has not expired. Please note that there is a fee for this service and returns can be made via the sender's label.
To arrange a return, please follow the steps below:
1. Contact the seller and request a return label. Once you have it, send it to customer support or live chat.
2. Create a package with your order, select any shipping method, and enter the address listed on the return label.
3. Leave a comment and enter information such as "Returning the package, label has been sent to the support team". Without this note, the warehouse will not return your order.
The warehouse will then return your item to the store.
You may have paid for the purchase of your order but not for the delivery of your package. The price of shipping to your destination after purchase is not included because Shopogolic does not know the weight of your package. Shopogolic needs to receive your order from the seller first, measure it, and pack it before they can send you an invoice.
