Amazon FBA Returns
When you use Amazon FBA, your customers benefit from Amazon's fast and easy online returns processing. Sellable returned items are placed back into your FBA inventory. However, any items marked as "customer damaged" are not considered sellable and will be discarded. It's worthwhile to inspect these items, as in many cases they are actually sellable. Ships US can handle this important part of the Amazon FBA returns process for you. Simply send us the items and we'll inspect and photograph them for you. Priority Membership: If you plan on making multiple purchases throughout the year, you'll want to upgrade to our Priority Membership. This program gives you access to great discounts on all of our services. There is a small monthly fee, but you'll quickly recoup this cost if you take advantage of our concierge service and/or package consolidation services.
First Class Membership: Designed for individuals and small businesses who need to ship frequently, our First Class membership offers the lowest cost for all services. As a First Class member, you also enjoy valuable benefits such as free international mail forwarding, free package storage, and the ability to have multiple names on your Ships US address.
Pricing for U.S. shipments: $10.00 flat service fee plus shipping (you choose the shipping carrier) plus 4% PayPal or credit card fee.
We offer package forwarding services through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. You can use our handy shipping calculator to compare options with these providers and find a solution that fits your needs.
If you will be receiving multiple packages at your Ships US address, don't forget to explore the savings potential of package consolidation. First, enter each package individually into the shipping calculator. Then add up the total weight of all packages and enter that number to represent the combined package. You'll be surprised at how much lower the postage costs can be for combined packages.
Once you have selected a shipping provider and service, you will need to ensure that you have sufficient funds in your Ships US account to cover the necessary postage as well as our package forwarding charges. Ships US is not responsible for any customs duties or other fees that your country may impose on incoming packages; these will be your responsibility. When you sign up for package forwarding with Ships US, we'll provide you with a unique U.S. address. Simply mail your package to this address and we'll forward it to your international address.
You should be able to use your international phone number when ordering from most US merchants. If you need a US number you can get one from www.magicjack.com or www.skype.com, or if you prefer we can provide you with a US number for an additional fee.
We offer a concierge service that enables you to purchase from US sites like eBay that don't accept international credit cards. Simply calculate the total cost of your order (including sales tax and our concierge fee) and deposit that amount into your Ships US account. Once funds have cleared, we'll make your online purchase for you.
We ship within 2-3 business days of receiving your package, unless you request a different shipping schedule and ask us to hold and consolidate your package. All our members receive at least 7 days of package storage for free.
The time it takes to receive your package depends on the shipping company you use (USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc.), the type of service you choose (priority, express, etc.), and the customs procedures in your country.
Yes. We open all packages before forwarding to verify that they do not contain any prohibited items. For your convenience, we will also inspect for obvious damage and compare the contents of the package with the invoice (if provided).
Yes. Simply tell us how many packages you need and we will open them and carefully repack the items into a box per your instructions. Parcel consolidation is a great way to reduce the cost of international shipping.
No. We do not have refrigeration or temperature control facilities.
Yes, there are some items that cannot be shipped because they are illegal to export from the United States or import into your country. Some common prohibited items include:

No. Your Ships US address can only be used for package forwarding.
If you have signed up for mail service, you can only receive letters and correspondence at your Ships US address.
Bank charges do not apply to our membership and service fees. However, depending on the payment method you choose, bank charges may apply to your shipping costs. If you pay for postage via bank wire, a $15 bank fee will be charged. If you pay by credit card, the fee can be up to 4.5% of the postage cost. To avoid these fees, we recommend pre-funding your account via money order or Western Union and then using those funds to pay for your postage.
We will complete the customs forms for you. We will contact you if we need more information.
No. Taxes, duties, and customs fees vary by merchandise and destination and are not covered by Ships US. If you have questions about these charges, please contact your country's customs office.
Yes. If you need us to hold a package for consolidation or for any other reason, please let us know. All members receive a minimum of 7 days of storage for free.
Yes. The US address we provide you will be in California, which now requires sales tax to be collected on Amazon orders shipped to addresses in that state.
Yes. Check the seller's return policy first. If the item is eligible for return, you can ship it directly back to them. You will be responsible for any return shipping charges that may apply. Once the seller receives the return and issues a refund, we will transfer the refund to your Ships US account.
Although we take good care of your parcels, we cannot control what happens to them once we hand them over to the courier. We recommend that you purchase insurance for all your parcels. Insurance will cover the value of the contents if your parcel is lost or stolen. Insurance does not cover postage or our service fees. If you refuse insurance, you will not receive any form of refund in the event of a lost or stolen parcel.
If we have not made contact with a customer within three months, we reserve the right to auction any items to recoup our storage fees and other administrative costs.
ShipsUS is a website dedicated to providing purchase assistance to global buyers who want to buy Chinese products. It can help you purchase by providing links to Chinese shopping websites including but not limited to Taobao, JD.com, Vipshop, etc. Even if you do not speak Chinese and do not have RMB, ShipsUS can communicate with Chinese sellers in Chinese and help you communicate, place orders, and transship cross-border goods and deliver them to your designated location through express delivery in your country. When your goods are transported to the ShipsUS transshipment warehouse, they will also conduct a quality inspection of the goods for you. After everything is ready, they will provide you with subsequent cross-border transportation, customs declaration, and final express delivery services.
