Storage limits for incoming shipments

Items and incoming packages are stored for free for 180 days from the date they are received by FishIsfast! This gives you plenty of time to receive many packages and ship them together. After 180 days, FishIsfast will charge a weekly storage fee, but your items will be kept for up to 360 days in total. If you do not want to keep an item, simply click "Discard" and FishIsfast will dispose of it free of charge and you will not have to pay any further fees.

Storage restrictions for LCL

Once the package is packed, you will have 7 days to pay for the fees. After 7 days, FishIsfast will charge a $2 per day storage fee for the package. After 45 days, the package will be considered abandoned and discarded by FishIsfast's warehouse, and the fee will be refunded to you. If you want to keep the items, but are not ready to pay for the package, you can cancel the package by paying a $10 cancellation fee and the items will be returned to your locker. If you do not want to keep the package, you can choose to discard it and no further storage fees will be charged.

What if something arrives damaged?

FishIsfast by default takes photos and weighs every shipment it receives. If FishIsfast finds any physical damage to the item or packaging, FishIsfast will take additional photos of the damaged area and mark the item as "Problem" to help you identify the problem.

Photos of individual items are only available for unpacked shipments. Unpacking preferences can be changed in Menu => Settings. Please note that changing settings only affects future shipments and will not affect packages that have already been received.

FishIsfast is not responsible for damage if the item arrives at the warehouse already damaged. You will need to contact the seller to arrange a return or exchange. However, if the item is damaged at the warehouse after receipt, FishIsfast will refund the cost of the item or order a replacement.

How much does the service cost?

Fishisfast occasionally receives questions like this. After trying other services or having no experience with any mail forwarding company, people expect some hidden fees or membership fees. The truth is - at Fishisfast there are none!

When you register here at FishIsfast, you can start shopping online. You don't have to pay for receiving, storing and packing your order. You only pay for shipping when your order is ready to ship. It's that simple!

FishIsfast even offers free optional services, such as removing invoices and shoe boxes.

FishIsfast also has the option of paid services such as photos of package contents, super fast packaging, bubble wrap, wrapping with stretch film, etc., but these services are optional and you don't need to order them if you don't want to.

Why do I have to ship within 7 days?

Items and incoming packages are stored free of charge for 180 days from the date FishIsfast receives the item. However, once the item is packed, it must be shipped within 7 days or a storage fee will be charged. FishIsfast requires this for two reasons. First, FishIsfast's shipping area has limited storage space and needs to be kept clear so that everyone's orders can be shipped out faster! Second, by waiting until you are ready to ship before requesting a LCL, FishIsfast can ensure that all packers work on the highest priority orders first and all LCLs are packed faster!
