If you need to return or exchange an item, please do not contact the original retailer. Please read and ensure you agree to the return/exchange policy of the retailer you ordered from. Each retailer may have a different return/exchange policy, which you must adhere to in order for Skypaxus to process a return or exchange. Skypaxus charges a restocking fee of £25/$25 for any exchange or return made through an online merchant; a restocking fee of £45/$45 for in-store returns through any Skypaxus Shopping Concierge. All fees, including shipping and handling, are non-refundable. However, depending on the individual policy of the retailer you ordered from, the original price of the item may be refunded.
For eligible refunds, you must pay all applicable shipping and handling charges, including shipping costs from Skypaxus' business back to the retailer.

Please email Skypaxus stating that you would like to request a refund/exchange and detailing the Concierge order number and the item(s) you would like refunded/exchanged. When Skypaxus receives your email, the Skypaxus Concierge team will initiate the return/exchange process with the retailer.
If any return shipping charges are required when exchanging an item, the Skypaxus Concierge team will issue an invoice for these charges prior to returning the item.
Once the retailer accepts a refund for an item, Skypaxus’ Concierge team will process a refund to the payment method used for the order in the amount of the item value less a restocking fee.
If you have shipped from a suite, please follow these instructions:
Send Skypaxus an email stating that you wish to request an exchange/refund.
Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip in your return package and circle all items you are returning/exchanging. Specify whether you would like a refund or exchange. If exchanging, please specify the size, color, and style you are exchanging.
Package the merchandise securely. You must ship the merchandise back to Skypaxus via a trackable shipping method. You must ensure the merchandise meets the retail total. Unfortunately, Skypaxus cannot process or reimburse you for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
When Skypaxus receives your email, Skypaxus' Concierge team will initiate the return/exchange with the retailer.

Any items that do not appear in Schedules I through V but do not have an English label or do not comply with FDA-approved labeling requirements, such as over-the-counter drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food, cannot be shipped.
Yes, Skypaxus has a Dangerous Goods team that is fully trained and compliant with international IATA and ADR regulations to transport items classified as dangerous goods by air and ground freight. However, there are some restrictions on the destination countries Skypaxus can ship to and the quantities Skypaxus can ship.
