Jetkrate's purchasing service allows you to easily purchase your favorite overseas products. The specific process is as follows:

  1. Submit a purchasing request : Contact Jetkrate Customer Service via email ([email protected]) and tell them the product information you want to purchase (such as which website it comes from, the product name, color and size, etc.), as well as any special requirements. Remember to confirm whether the product is in stock before placing an order!

  2. Payment and order : Jetkrate supports payment by credit card or PayPal. If the order cannot be placed due to out of stock or other reasons, Jetkrate will refund the full amount to your payment account.

  3. Warehouse receipt and arrangement of international forwarding : When Jetkrate receives your order, it will send a confirmation email and inform you of the logistics details of international forwarding.

  • How much is the purchasing service fee? Answer: The purchasing service fee is 5% of the total order amount + NZD $20 (excluding subsequent international shipping costs).

  • Can you help me use the discount code? A: You can provide the discount code to Jetkrate customer service, and they will do their best to help you use it (except for first-time order discount codes). However, Jetkrate is not responsible if the merchant refuses or cannot use the discount code.

  • Will I receive a bill and confirmation email for my order? A: Yes, you will receive a complete order package including order details, a copy of the invoice, and all related emails.

  • Is there an order value limit? A: Although there is no order value limit, the total order value cannot exceed NZD $1000. You can also use Jetkrate's repackaging service to consolidate multiple packages.

  • What if some items are out of stock? A: If some of the items included in your order are out of stock, Jetkrate will cancel the entire order and notify you without charging any fees. You can choose to place a new order to exclude the out-of-stock items.

What are the common problems in using Jetkrate?

Jetkrate Package Status

  • Q: My package has been delivered to your warehouse, why can't I see it in my package inbox?

A: As the warehouse receives hundreds of parcels every day, each parcel needs to be unpacked, inspected, and labeled before it can appear in your parcel inbox. Please wait patiently for 1 business day and your parcel will appear in your parcel inbox after delivery. If your parcel still does not appear after 1 business day, please contact customer service by sending an email to [email protected] and provide your full name, JKRT customer number, and the inbound parcel tracking number. Jetkrate will assist you in the query.

  • Q: When will you process my package shipment?

A: Jetkrate will notify you by email when your shipment arrives at your Jetkrate address. You will then have the option to schedule shipment immediately or wait for other packages to arrive before shipping together. Jetkrate's operations team processes shipments Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm. Instructions received before noon (local time) will be processed and shipped the same day. Depending on the shipping method you choose, it may take 2-8 business days to prepare customs clearance documents, pack your shipment, clear customs by air freight, and finally deliver your package to your delivery address.

Jetkrate Payment Methods

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: Jetkrate accepts payment via credit card, PayPal, cryptocurrency or bank transfer (SWIFT)¹. *All major credit card brands (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover) are accepted. *The following cryptocurrencies can be paid via BitPay: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Wrapped Bitcoin, Dogecoin, Litecoin, Shiba Inu Coin, GUSD, USDC, USDP, DAI and BUSD². *¹Credit card and PayPal are not currently supported for shipping to Nigeria or the Philippines. *²Jetkrate only accepts ERC-20 tokens on the ETH network.

Q: I don’t see the credit card payment button, how can I pay by credit card?

A: Jetkrate uses PayPal as a payment gateway to accept payments from major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. To pay with a credit card, simply click the "PayPal" button on the payment method selection screen and select "Pay with a debit or credit card" when the PayPal window pops up. You do not need to log in or register with PayPal to do this.

Jetkrate Taxes

Q: Do I have to pay taxes and duties?

A: Yes, anyone who attempts to evade taxes will face significant fines and even criminal prosecution. *You are the "importer" of the goods you purchase and are responsible for accurately declaring the nature of the goods and their value. Customs authorities use this information to determine taxes and duties. All imported goods must be declared to customs - whether the goods are new or used, purchased by you or given as a gift. *Any taxes and duties due will be paid on a cash on delivery (COD) basis. *Domestic shipments from the merchant to your Jetkrate address may also incur local sales or other taxes. These charges will appear on your purchase transaction record before you pay the merchant. *Sometimes merchants do not include an invoice or packing slip with their packages. In this case, Jetkrate will estimate the value of your goods based on comparable market prices. Jetkrate will notify you of the estimated value and ask you to email Jetkrate a copy of your online order confirmation. Upon receiving the online order confirmation, Jetkrate Customer Service will adjust the value and send your invoice to Jetkrate's shipping facility for processing. Jetkrate will not ship before receiving confirmation of value.

Q: Do I have to enter my JKRT number in the shipping address field when placing an order?

*A: When your package arrives at Jetkrate's consolidation center, your suite number identifies you as a unique Jetkrate customer. You can find your JKRT number and Jetkrate shipping address by logging into your account and navigating to "My Addresses" in your dashboard. Each address in this section is displayed in the format most commonly used by retailers in these countries. However, this may vary by retailer. *You may need to enter your JKRT number after your name or on the first line of your address. If possible, enter your JKRT number on the first line as it appears in the Jetkrate dashboard. *Please note that Jetkrate may have difficulty identifying you if your shipping address does not include a JKRT number.
