When can I receive the package?
The warehouse reception accepts parcels from delivery men between 8:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday. As major couriers only deliver on weekdays, our warehouse reception is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and public bank holidays.

Actual weight refers to the weight of the package when it is placed on the scale.

Once the package arrives at our warehouse, we check the actual weight and dimensions of the package. We will record these details into our system so that the dimensional weight can be calculated. The dimensional weight is then compared to the actual weight, and the heavier weight will be used to determine the billable weight.
What is package consolidation? How can I save on shipping costs by consolidating?
Consolidation means combining your parcels into one suitable parcel/box, or using as few parcels/boxes as possible. If you wish, we at Send2Hub can remove your items from their original packaging and consolidate them into one suitable box. This can save you money on international shipping. Consolidation is free of charge for all customers.
Which couriers will Send2Hub use to deliver my parcel?
Send2Hub offers the following couriers: DHL, FedEx, ParcelForce, DPD, UPS, Deutsche Post, Royal Mail. You can choose the courier for delivery when you combine your parcels.
How do I report lost/damaged items?

When will I get compensation for my lost/damaged package?
It may take up to 30 working days to process a claim and reimburse you for your lost or damaged package, depending on the courier you choose. In all cases, we will abide by the courier's shipping terms and conditions.
Is there still a time limit to submit a claim?
For damaged parcels, claims must be submitted at the latest the day after receiving the parcel. For lost parcels, claims are accepted within one month from the date Send2Hub declared the parcel lost, depending on the courier used. What is the maximum amount Send2Hub can compensate me?
This amount depends on which courier you choose to deliver your item and the level of insurance you purchase.
Can I receive letters and regular mail at my personalised UK address?
No, you cannot use your Send2Hub address to forward correspondence under any circumstances.
Can I use my personalised UK address to apply for a credit card or legal documents such as a passport, birth certificate or driving licence?
No. Your Send2Hub address can only be used to receive shipments (excluding restricted and prohibited items). If any documents of this kind are served to us, we will automatically return them to the sender. Please note that if Send2Hub has any reason to suspect any illegal activity, it will automatically notify the relevant authorities.
