When do I make a payment?

Each incoming package is charged a reception fee based on weight, see price list . When a package is received, or introduced into the system, your credit is incurred. Credit is nothing more than a down payment.

Once you decide to send an incoming shipment, you must have sufficient credit to cover the shipping costs. If your credit line is in the red, or you do not have sufficient credit to cover the shipping costs from our warehouse to you, we will not be able to send the shipment.

Credits of any amount can be charged in advance. Excess credits can then only be refunded to the account upon request.
The advantages of prepaid credit are obvious. Most importantly, you will speed up the processing of your shipment, especially if you activate the automatic shipment service (point 3).

Credit can be topped up in the following ways:

• FIO Bank cash deposit - you go to any FIO Bank branch in person and deposit cash under VS in your mailbox. Please be aware of the deposit fees charged by FIO Bank.

• A-Type Money Order - Fill out a Type A Money Order at the Post Office, which is a "cash-to-account" model. The postage is based on the amount of the deposit.

The storage process sometimes takes a while, depending on the order we receive the shipments.
