Domestic shipments arriving to Stackry from retailers are often packed in oversized boxes that don't have room. Due to the limited space available for air freight, the cost of shipping an oversized box internationally can increase significantly. Stackry's repackaging service is designed to help solve this problem and save money on international shipping costs.

Stackry's expert operations team will inspect your original retailer packaging and repackage it into a smaller, more cost-effective package or with added protection. This service costs $5 per repackaging. If the repackaging does not result in a shipping cost savings or added protection, Stackry will refund the $5 fee.

What is package consolidation? How does this service help save on shipping costs?

The concept is simple, and the savings are huge! Shop at any US retailer and ship one or more packages to your Stackry US address. Stackry will hold each package in your locker for up to 45 days, free of charge. When you're done shopping and ready to ship, log into your Stackry account, select your items, and Stackry's team of experts will consolidate them into a more cost-effective shipment. Stackry charges $2 per consolidated package, capped at $25 per consolidation.

Are duties and taxes included in Stackry's shipping costs?

How to use Stackry's services after registration?

New customers receive the US address of Stackry's secure operations center immediately upon signing up. Simply enter that US address in the shipping section at checkout at any US retailer, complete your purchase, and Stackry will notify you by email whenever a package arrives at your locker. Stackry will even include a free photo of every package!

Will Stackry open my package?

Yes. Stackry opens all packages and inspects the contents for damage, hazardous materials, and prohibited or restricted items. Stackry customers can rest assured knowing their items are inspected for damage before leaving the United States and properly handled and prepared for international shipping.

How long does it take for Stackry to ship my package once it is received?

Stackry inspects packages Monday through Friday (business days). Packages received during fulfillment center business hours (9am to 5pm EST) are checked for shipment the same day. Packages received after 5pm EST are inspected the next business day.

Does Stackry offer returns?

Yes. Customer must provide a prepaid retailer shipping label. Stackry will charge a $7.50 processing fee per label/shipment.
