Can I select a service individually?

No, all three available packages are designed to get Easyimex customers’ products from AZ, from sourcing to shipping the products to your doorstep, or what Easyimex calls the “Product to Market” process.

What if I already have a supplier?

No problem, Easy Imex can take over or manage your supplier, but in this case Easy Imex fees remain the same.

Which purchasing package is more suitable for me?

If you are a startup, small company, or your business only requires a small amount of product and you import less than $100,000 per year, then Basic Sourcing is for you!

If your business needs to source/develop more than 10 products and/or you wish to import more than $100,000 per year, Easyimex recommends you choose Premium Sourcing. While the upfront fees are higher, there are no service fees for factory audits and quality control checks, and there are no restrictions on your product sourcing requirements.

What should my minimum import budget be?

Easyimex requires your total order value to be at least $5,000 to ensure that Easyimex can work directly with the most suitable manufacturer. Easyimex can then meet the minimum order quantity and set up the correct payment terms for the customer.

Can I request more products in my basic purchase package?

For the basic sourcing package, Easyimex purchases a maximum of 10 products per year. Five additional products can be requested at a cost of $150.

If I go directly to the factory it must be cheaper than using Easy Imex, right?

This is a common misconception. Easyimex can often offer lower prices to customers for a variety of reasons, the field team at Easyimex is experienced in negotiating with Chinese manufacturers, sourcing in RMB, sourcing from manufacturers who do not have export licenses or English speaking sales staff, and therefore Easyimex has more/different options to purchase from.

Do Basic and Premium Memberships renew every year?

All members must import at least $20,000 per year to maintain membership the following year.

What types of manufacturers does Easy Imex work with?

Easy Imex works exclusively with manufacturers in mainland China. Easyimex works with manufacturers all over China. These factories can range from small factories with 10 employees to state-owned and stock market listed manufacturers employing 20,000 employees or more.

Can I get a refund?

You can request a refund only if Easy Imex does not find a price 3% cheaper than the price you originally purchased the same product and specifications.
