What if the product is out of stock?

Before BaoHero sends you the first bill for product cost and service fee, BaoHero's team will first confirm with the seller whether the item is in stock. Most of the time, the inventory status in the seller's page is inaccurate or not updated. Once your payment is confirmed, BaoHero will purchase the item.

However, due to the time difference from confirming inventory to receiving your payment, the item may no longer be available, especially for fast-moving items. Baohero will notify you of this and seek your opinion on whether to refund your payment or use the amount as credit for future purchases.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order has not been processed by BaoHero's buyer. BaoHero will refund your payment in full to your account. If the items in your order have been purchased, you will need to pay the service fee and return shipping, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account.
