Bhiner is an online purchasing agent based in China. Bhiner provides purchasing services for all Chinese online stores. For example, Taobao, Tmall, JD.com, etc.

Bhiner purchases the products according to your instructions, then gathers the products in Bhiner's warehouse and checks the quality for you. After repackaging, Bhiner will deliver the products to your door using the most suitable transportation method.

Cost structure of using Bhiner

Regarding domestic shipping, since Bhiner is far away from the seller, the seller will ship the goods via domestic transportation, and Bhiner needs to pay the shipping fee.

Normally, the shipping fee is charged directly by the seller, which depends on the weight of the item and the distance between Bhiner and the seller.

If you purchase multiple items, Bhiner will only charge the highest domestic shipping rate.

When you use the Shop for Me service (i.e. Bhiner's purchasing agent service), Bhiner will charge the following fees.

1. Service Fee

6 + (2.5 - 5%) (depending on membership level ) per item plus domestic shipping fee, with a minimum charge of RMB 21. For example, if the item price is RMB 300 and the domestic shipping fee to Bhiner warehouse is RMB 12, the service fee charged by Bhiner is [ (300+12) x 5% ] + 6 = RMB 21.6.

The above service fee includes all incidentals such as first repacking fee, photography fee (quality inspection photos) and free storage period within 180 days from the last arrival of your item.

2. International Shipping Costs

The fee is based on the size and weight of the item you ordered. Since Bhiner is not the owner or seller of the item you ordered, Bhiner does not know the exact size and weight until the item arrives at Bhiner's warehouse. 3. Other charges

Repackaging fee: USD 1 per 1 kg of dimensional weight - only charged if packaging is requested in your unique instructions

Oversized Package Handling Fee: USD 1 per 1 kg of dimensional weight - per kg for packages over 100 kg.

Excess storage fee: USD 1 per 1 kg every 7 days - Applicable for packages that exceed the 180 days free storage period after Bhiner notifies you that the second payment is ready. (Bhiner will process your package after 210 days)

You must make two payments to Bhiner in order to get your item.

First payment = total item price + domestic shipping fee + agency fee

Second payment = International shipping

*Domestic shipping cost is the cost for shipping from seller to Bhiner China warehouse.

*Agency fee is 6 cents + 5 of (total product price + domestic shipping fee)

Note: The higher the VIP level, the lower the agency fee percentage, as low as 2

Can I pay in any currency?

You can choose to pay in one of the various currencies supported by Bhiner by clicking on the currency button in the top menu bar. Your default currency will be set to the last currency you selected in the top menu. Depending on the payment method you choose, some currencies may not be available.

Exchange Rates and Currency Conversion

Bhiner will display the prices on BHINER in the currency you have selected. If you choose to change the currency when booking, Bhiner will display the new prices in the new currency you have selected.

The order will be completed at the displayed price and currency you selected.

If you choose to pay or receive money in a currency different from the currency specified on your payment method, your credit or bank card issuer may impose currency conversion rates or fees on your payment. Please contact your service provider to find out what fees may apply. BHINER is not responsible for these fees.

Cross-border fees

If additional charges appear on your bank statement, or the amount charged is different from the amount shown on the Airbnb checkout page, please contact your credit card or bank card issuer. If your bank considers BHINER's processing entity to be international, you may be charged a cross-border fee by your bank, even if the fee is processed in the original currency of your payment method. If these fees are charged by your issuing bank, BHINER will not refund them.

How long does it take to place an order at Bhiner?

Why does BHINER charge an agency service fee?

BHINER helps you buy products in China, store them and ship them to your country.

Whenever your goods arrive, Bhiner's warehouse staff will check the surface condition of the goods (such as quantity, color, size, etc.) to ensure that the goods sent by the seller are correct. In addition, BHINER will also take real on-site photos of your products so that you can ensure that your goods are purchased and sent correctly.

How long can I store my items in the bhiner warehouse?

1. Before delivery:

The storage period is up to 180 days, and the counter starts after your second payment update.

When some goods arrive and some do not arrive during one shipment, Bhiner will store the arrived goods and wait for other goods, with no storage time limit.

When all goods arrive and the second payment is updated, Bhiner provides 180 days of free storage starting from the date of the second payment update.

2. Return Package

The maximum storage time is 180 days and the counter starts from the time Bhiner contacts you after receiving the return package.

Refunds and Returns

After the first payment and before the second payment:

1. If the item is not purchased, the full cost of the item (including Bhiner’s service fee) will be refunded.

2. If the item has been purchased but not yet shipped, Bhiner will endeavor to ask the seller to arrange a full refund. If the seller agrees to a refund, Bhiner will refund the full amount (excluding Bhiner's service fee).

3. If the purchased item has already been shipped, Bhiner will try its best to ask the seller to arrange a partial refund. If the seller agrees to the refund, Bhiner will refund the full amount (excluding Bhiner's service fee, domestic shipping costs paid by the seller, and domestic shipping costs to send back to the seller).

4. If you have already purchased the item but the seller does not agree to a refund, Bhiner will try to negotiate a partial refund for you, but the amount of the partial refund is not guaranteed. However, the chances of this happening are extremely low.

5. If the purchased item does not match the description or is damaged as shown in the on-site pictures. Bhiner will ask the seller to exchange/refund the item if there is solid evidence. In this case, Bhiner will deduct the service fee and domestic shipping fee for sending it back to the seller from the refund.

After the second payment:

1. If the item is missing, please contact Bhiner within 72 hours after receiving the package and attach a clear photo of the package. Once confirmed, Bhiner will refund the full cost of the lost item (including service fee and domestic shipping fee).

2. If the product is purchased incorrectly (such as size, color, etc.), please contact Bhiner within 72 hours after receiving the package and Bhiner will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation. Once it is confirmed to be Bhiner's mistake, the wrong product will need to be sent back to Bhiner.

3. If the package cannot be received/returned due to local customs reasons (such as the recipient has not paid taxes), no refund will be accepted. However, Bhiner promises to do its best to assist you to get the package through customs. Note: Once the package is returned, Bhiner will pay the additional international shipping fee to resend the package.

4. If the item is physically damaged during shipping, please contact Bhiner within 72 hours. Follow up on damaged or lost items .

5. If the package is not received due to incorrect recipient information or the recipient is not present at the time of delivery, all fees will not be refunded.
