1. Please note your customer ID when making payment and send a screenshot of the successful payment to your account manager.
2. PFC will deposit the actual amount received into your account. Generally, it is the amount you sent minus the platform fee.
3. If you send money in USD/EUR or other currencies, then PFC will convert it into RMB and deposit it into your account.
After receiving your new inventory, PFC will verify the contents and quantity according to the packing list. They should also match the ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) you created in the PFC system. PFC will do basic quality control or visual inspection, put the product on the shelf and update the inventory. Once completed, the new inventory can be shipped. Generally, if there is no problem and there are not many SKUs or a small quantity at a time, PFC will process it within one day. If it is more than 100 SKUs/5000 pieces and needs to be shipped as soon as possible, please notify PFC 3 days in advance so that PFC can arrange more personnel to handle it.

PFC sends out all prepared packages early in the morning from Friday to Saturday. The cut-off time is 16:00 in the afternoon. On Sunday, the fastest turnaround time is 17 hours. During statutory holidays, the turnaround time will be doubled by the number of holidays. For example, "Labor Day" is 1 day, and the turnaround time will be extended by 2 days. "National Day" is a 3-day holiday, and the turnaround time will be extended by 6 days. The Spring Festival may be closed for about a week, and the turnaround time will be extended by more than a week because most couriers, freight forwarders, post offices and customs are closed during this important Chinese holiday.
