How can I check the status of my order?

You can check the order status by logging into your Janbox account. Select "My Page" from the menu bar and confirm your order status under "Order Management", including the following items: Processing (for online auction orders) > Waiting for deposit > Waiting for purchase > Purchased > Domestic shipping > Waiting for payment > Shipping > Shipping > (Request cancellation > Cancel order)

What should I do if the item I received is damaged?

If the goods you received are damaged, Janbox will refund you after confirming that the compensation conditions are met.

Please contact Janbox within 7 days of receiving your order and provide the following information:

- 2-3 images of the outer packaging

What if my order is sold out?

If some of the items in your order are out of stock, Janbox will refund you the fee and the order will be cancelled.

To view your refunded orders, go to your account, select "Payment Transactions", then "Refund History"

Will Janbox compensate me if I purchase a counterfeit product?

Verifying and ensuring good authenticity is not a part of Janbox warehouse checks. So if a seller sends counterfeit goods, Janbox will negotiate with the store/seller to return the goods or ask for a refund on the order.

In addition, if you do not use Janbox's insurance service, you will not be compensated if there are problems with branded products during transportation.

How much is the shipping cost/tax to Japan?

Shipping: The cost of shipping products from the supplier to the transit warehouse in Japan. There are usually 3 main types:

- Items with free shipping;

- The price of this item includes free shipping

- The item must be inspected. Shipping costs are not known until payment is processed. Shipping costs vary depending on shipping time. Janbox will choose the lowest cost for the customer when processing.

Taxes: You will need to pay taxes when purchasing goods in Japan. The tax rate depends on the use and characteristics of the goods, and is usually around 10% in Japan.

- Some items must be checked. Taxes are not known until you enter the payment process and enter the customer's address. Shipping and taxes are calculated specifically based on the product on Amazon, Rakuten, Mercari, etc.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Duties may be charged based on the description, contents or value (if the minimum dutiable value is reached) of the declared goods and the form in which each package is imported.

At Janbox, the service fee does include customs duties, which customers must pay. When doing a DDP import type through an international carrier, you will need to prepay the customs duties, and Janbox will help you pay and handle the customs formalities to get the package delivered to your address.

Why did my products not arrive at the same time even though they were in the same order?

Once the customer pays the first payment for the order, Janbox will immediately conduct transactions with sellers/suppliers such as Amazon, Mercari, Rakuten, etc. However, the products purchased by customers may come from many different sellers such as Amazon, Mercari, etc., so the time it takes for sellers to send products to Janbox's Japanese warehouse will vary. Therefore, the delivery time of each product will be affected.

When the product arrives in your country, Janbox will update the status "Product Arrived" for customer tracking (updating a byproduct). Janbox will ship once the order has arrived in full.
