    • Your Indian virtual address can only be used as your online delivery address and not as a billing address or any other delivery address.

About Cash on Delivery

  • Is cash on delivery acceptable?

    • A processing fee of 5% (minimum charge of INR 299) will be incurred for purchases made using the COD assisted purchase service.

About the package status

  • Why did I receive more than one package to my Indian virtual address for an order from a single merchant?

    • Different merchants will ship from different warehouses.

    • One or more items in the order are out of stock and the merchant will ship these items separately later.

    • If you purchase multiple items in a single order, Indian merchants sometimes ship the items separately. Reasons for this may include:

  • The merchant has notified me that my package has been delivered to my virtual address in India, why is it not showing in my myxborder account?

    • The recipient name does not match the account name, or

    • The shipping address is incomplete.

    • The parcel will usually be updated in your account by close of business on the next business day after it reaches your India address.

    • In some cases, we are unable to assign a package to a user's account. Reasons may include:

    • If your package is not reflected in your account within 2 business days after it was delivered to the merchant, please send us an email with the merchant invoice and shipping tracking information.

  • Why didn't the package I ordered directly from the merchant arrive at my virtual address in India?

    • Since this is an order you purchased directly from the merchant, please check the status of your package directly with the merchant. Please make sure that you provide them with the correct virtual address of India.

About package inspection

  • Can you inspect my package to make sure it was delivered correctly and in good condition?

    • We inspect all packages that arrive to us and will notify you if your package is damaged.

  • When the delivery guy delivered my package to my virtual address in India, your office was closed and the courier had to leave the package at the local office. What happens next?

    • We accept payments in over 135 currencies.

  • Do you accept to have the parcel delivered to you personally (excluding courier/post) and then delivered to my overseas address?

    • No, we do not. We only accept parcels from online retailers.

About creating an order

  • How do I create a Shop And Ship or Assisted Shop And Ship order?

    • Sign up and log in to get your virtual Indian address which contains your unique locker ID. Once logged in, you can view your virtual address on your customer dashboard. Use the same address as the delivery address for all your online shopping in India.

    • After that, you can create a store and shipping order on our website to indicate the items you purchased (optional). If you do not create an order, our backend team will create an order when we receive your first item and add all subsequent items to the same order.

    • We will send you pictures of your items arriving at our warehouse for free via WhatsApp and email and will protect all your items in your locker. If you find that there is a problem with the item you received, you can get a refund.

    • Once all items arrive, we will prepare your consolidated package for delivery to the overseas address and will let you know the total weight and shipping cost details.

    • You can pay your fees via a variety of methods such as credit card, debit card or direct bank transfer to your myxborder account.

    About order editing and cancellation

    • Can I edit or cancel my Assisted Shop N Ship order?

      • Yes. You can only edit or cancel your order before you pay. Once you submit payment, you will no longer be able to edit your order; however, you can cancel your order until we process the purchase of your item.

      • For online purchases, you can cancel your order if the seller allows it. However, your refund payment will be deducted from the credit card/currency conversion transaction fee.

      • For local store purchases, no order cancellations are allowed.

    About export restrictions

    • Are there exceptions to export restrictions for laboratory, medical or research purposes?

      • No. MyXBorder cannot export any chemicals, pharmaceuticals, peptides, biological media, and animal, veterinary, or human vaccines.

    About agricultural product exports

    • Can you export agricultural products such as plants, seeds and soil?

      • These items are prohibited in your country.

      • Your country requires pre-shipment cargo inspection.

      • Shipper must provide phytosanitary certificate for imported products.
