    • No. ShipIndiasey prohibits the export of any chemicals, drugs, peptides, biological media and animal, veterinary or human vaccines.

  • Can agricultural products such as plants, seeds and soil be exported?

    • Live plants or bulk soil

    • Your destination country prohibits the import of this product

    • Yes, but it depends on whether your destination country allows imports. Please ensure that your agricultural products are correctly labeled, including genus, species and country of origin. Labeling requirements also apply to individual seed packets. We are unable to ship or store any unidentified or incorrectly labeled items.

      • Dimensional weight refers to the "volume" your package takes up (i.e. the physical dimensions of your package).

    • What is the actual weight?

      • If the volumetric weight exceeds the actual weight, you will be charged a volumetric weight fee.

      • The actual physical weight of a package refers to its actual weight in kilograms. In international shipping, the space a package takes up in the cargo hold (volumetric weight) is as important as the weight of the package (actual weight). Large packages, even if they are light, take up more space on the plane. That's why shipping companies take dimensional weight into account.

    • Do your shipping costs include customs duties and import taxes?

      • Shipments are delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means that duties and customs charges are not included in your shipindiasey shipping cost. Duties and customs charges will be paid by you to the courier who delivers the package.

      • Once we receive shipping payment, we will pick up your order within 24 to 48 hours.

    • Do you offer a pick-up and packing service?

      • We will send you labels for you to print and apply to your prepared packages.

      • No, we do not offer packaging services for pickup. The customer is responsible for appropriate international packaging for the item.

    • Do I need to provide any documents?
