Less than 5 kg = Rs. 1392.4 per ticket
5 kg to 10 kg = Rs. 3009 per consignment
10 kg to 15 kg = Rs. 5369 per consignment
More than 15 kg = Rs. 7729 per ticket
Import laws may vary from country to country, and you may need to pay import taxes upon delivery depending on the destination laws, which are charged by the courier delivering your shipment. In some cases, the courier may also charge a brokerage fee to clear your package through local customs. These charges vary, and Shoppre does not pay for them.

Currently, the insurance option is only available for shipments sent via DHL. While creating a shipping request, you can inform Shoppre that you would also like to purchase insurance by emailing [email protected]. The price is INR 500 + 0.35% of the item value. As for other couriers, it is currently not possible to insure shipments.
Insurance covers loss or damage to the contents of your shipment. Claims can be made for the declared value plus international shipping costs (if applicable). Insurance does not cover import duties and taxes, domestic shipping costs, or damage to boxes/packaging. Courier companies may have limited or no liability for antique or vintage items, jewelry, televisions, electronics, manufacturer's boxes/packaging, and prohibited items.
Yes, you can return your product as follows:
Return to Merchant from Shoppre Facility: Once the item reaches Shoppre's facility, Shoppre will update the item details and photos on your dashboard where you can view the photos at a very low cost. If you feel the item does not meet your expectations or is damaged, you can exchange/return it to the merchant (as per their exchange/return policy).
If you make a pick-up request to Shoppre within 3 days, Shoppre will not charge any additional fees
If you make a pickup request to Shoppre within 3-10 days, an additional charge of INR 100/parcel will be charged
If you make a collection request to Shoppre after 10 days, an additional charge of INR 400/parcel will be charged.
However, if the package must be delivered to the merchant's destination, it will be charged according to Shoppre's domestic shipping rates.
Returns after the product has been delivered to your doorstep: If you wish to return the product after it has been delivered to your doorstep, you will have to re-ship and send it back to Shoppre's factory in India. The same product will be considered as imported into India and may incur additional import charges. Shoppre is not responsible for any returns after the product has been delivered to your "doorstep".
Yes, if you cancel the shipment after you have created the shipment request and received the payment link, you will be charged some small fees. There is a cancellation fee of INR 200. However, if you cancel the shipment after payment has been made, you will be charged a cancellation fee of INR 400.
