What happens after I make a payment to Ausff.com.au?

Ausff.com.au will send an email with the details of the following enquiries

3) If payment is made via verified Paypal and the same name appears on the package. ** Additional information may be requested.

Why is verification needed?

This is required by the AML (Anti-Money Laundering) Act 2006, in order for Ausff to comply with legal requirements and continue to provide a secure service to customers. Ausff will not ship packages until the full verification process is complete. Ausff aims to complete all verifications within 24 - 48 hours (Monday to Friday).

How much does insurance cost?

An additional $20 is required for declared values up to $500, and EXTRA is required for any declared value over $500, with the MAX insurance amount not exceeding $2,000.

AUD 1001 - AUD 1500 = Fee AUD 60.00

Can I pay with someone else's credit card/PayPal?

Sorry, that won't work. Ausff does not accept payments from anyone other than the account holder's name.

Why is my package heavier than it actually is?

Ausff always adds approx. 100 grams to the package weight. Example: The package weight is 0.90 KG, Ausff adds it as 1 KG

Mail Forwarding - Prohibited or Restricted Material

Flammable and explosive items include paint, oil, lighters, perfume, nail polish, loose batteries, etc.

Pressurized materials, such as hair spray, shaving cream, or aerosol cans of any kind, and hazardous materials, such as fuels, chemicals, or explosives.

Drugs (in any form or shape), firearms, weapons and their parts and components, including any type of military, police and tactical gear, firearms, firearm replicas, firearm accessories, firearm components (magazines, clips and rail systems), ammunition, knives with blades longer than 6 inches, swords, compound bows, crossbows, electrical discharge weapons (such as stun guns or stun guns), firearms or firearm parts and tools, paintball guns and accessories, optical sights, laser sights, night vision goggles, night vision goggles, handcuffs and other restraints and surveillance equipment.
