Savo Store's website enables African consumers to easily and conveniently place orders and pay securely. Savo Store then obtains the products from the respective merchants and delivers them directly to the customer's home. Customers can also choose to pick up their products from one of Savo Store's many local pickup locations. By providing an end-to-end service, Savo Store saves customers from the hassles of shopping in American online stores while in Africa.

Savo Store's US warehouse is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Savo Store's US warehouse is closed on weekends.
Using Savo Store's Buy and Ship service, Savo Store can purchase items for you from the United States and ship them to you. Here are the charges you will see on your Buy and Ship invoice: Items
Cost This is the total cost of the item you wish to purchase. It is paid directly to the seller of the item you wish to purchase. Total Service Cost: This is the fee paid to Savo Store for processing and facilitating this service. It is charged at 18% of the item cost. This fee also covers full insurance for the duration of your order's shipment from Savo Store's US office to our Nairobi office. Total Shipping Cost: This is the total shipping cost of your order from Savo Store's US office to our Nairobi office. The total shipping amount quoted is final unless otherwise stated. VAT (16%): All items sold in Kenya are subject to 16% VAT. VAT is calculated as a percentage of the Total Service Cost + Total Shipping Cost charged by Savo Store. Domestic Shipping in the US: This item may appear on your invoice if the seller of the item you wish to purchase charges domestic shipping within the US to deliver the item to Savo Store's US warehouse. Order Total: This is the sum of all the above line items. This is the total amount payable for your order. For orders valued at KES 100,000 or more, you can pay 50% when you place your order and the final 50% when your order arrives in Kenya. Once your shipments arrive at Savo Store's US address, they will be shipped with the next shipment scheduled to Kenya. Savo Store ships from its US office every Wednesday and arrives in Nairobi 7-15 business days later (excluding weekends). Please note that time-sensitive items or items for special events such as weddings and birthdays should always be ordered in advance. This is true for any logistics agent, as sometimes delays do occur due to uncontrollable circumstances such as bad weather, increased volume (such as around holidays), or inefficient ports of entry.
Once your order arrives in Kenya, you will receive an email from Savo Store notifying you that your order has arrived. A customer service representative from the local Savo Store office will also contact you to arrange for pickup or delivery.
A customer service representative from Savo Store's local office in Nairobi will contact you to arrange for pickup or delivery. Delivery will incur an additional charge. All orders shipped to locations outside of Nairobi will be delivered to your destination via courier service at an additional cost. Savo Store is able to deliver to Mombasa, Nakuru, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nyeri, Meru and many other towns in Kenya.
