How much are the registration and usage fees?

No. There are no registration or monthly fees for German addresses. You only pay for shipping and forwarding. If you need to consolidate shipments, you must pay 15.50 EUR (per year) for this service.

How quickly can I receive my package?

Orders with shipping confirmed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day (for Deutsche Post Weltpaket no later than 12pm). The delivery times are indicated in the shipping price list for each country. UPS takes 3 to 5 working days within the EU. Unfortunately, Mailboxde cannot guarantee delivery times (except for UPS Express Saver).

How do I consolidate all my shipments?

Consolidation of shipments is a paid service and costs €15.50 for 12 months from the date of payment. You can purchase this service by clicking on the "Buy 1 year consolidation" button and then you will be able to see the "Consolidate all shipments" button on your account.

Once you have all your parcels sent to your mailbox in Germany, click on the "Consolidate all shipments" button, then they will be consolidated into one box within one business day and you will be able to see the final price on your account. At the same time, you will receive an email with information about the new consolidated shipment.

How long can I store my goods?

Packages not exceeding 5 kg: 60 days free of charge, not exceeding 10 kg: 30 days, not exceeding 20 kg: 20 days, not exceeding 50 kg: 10 days.

Combined shipments will be sent within 5 business days.

What do you charge for oversized shipments?

• UPS:

• Any item packed in an outer shipping container made of metal or wood

• Any cylindrical item that does not completely fit into a corrugated cardboard shipping container, such as barrels, drums, pails, or tires

• Any package with the longest side exceeding 100 cm (maximum length 200 cm) or the second longest side exceeding 76 cm

• Any package weighing more than 32 kg

• This surcharge is higher during the seasonal period (November 1st to January 16th): 31,30 EUR

• Oversized package surcharge: 87.47 € - If the package is oversized (2xH + 2xW + L > 300 cm), a one-time surcharge of 87.47 € will be charged (maximum dimensions: 2xH + 2xW + L < 400 cm). This surcharge is higher seasonally (between 1 November and 16 January): 163.51 EUR
